How much time do you spend fixing your hair in the morning? Several minutes? Hours? Despite the large amounts of time that people spend to make their hair beautiful, most people put very little interest in the very act of washing their hair. It turns out that the way you wash your hair has a much greater impact on the overall health and appearance of your hair than you might have noticed.
You’ve been washing your hair the wrong way all this time! You wake up, go in the shower like a zombie and then wash hair without paying much attention. However, it is much more than that.
Luckily for you, there are seven easy steps that can help you to have beautiful hair.
01. Brush your hair before washing it

Before entering the shower, give your hair a deep and soft brushing at the same time. The brushing will stimulate blood circulation in the scalp and at the same time it will prevent the hair from breaking. As an added bonus, doing this before bathing will also prevent hair from going down the drain, so you can avoid those nasty hair jams in your drainage.
02. Moisten your hair and apply the shampoo

Wet your hair well with warm water and avoid hot boiling water as it dries the scalp. Then put a little shampoo in the palm of your hand and start to gently massage the shampoo into the hair. Start from the root and distribute evenly until you reach the tips. If you have long hair, you will need a little more shampoo, but don’t overdo it.
03. Massage your scalp

Most people will rinse their hair once it foams, but this is a big mistake. Before rinsing the shampoo, be sure to give a solid two-minute scalp massage. Massage your scalp firmly with your fingertips in circular motions. This massage will stimulate the healthy circulation of your scalp and emulsify the shampoo to get the full potential of the wash.

Now is the time to wash out all that soap and dirt. Be sure to use warm water in this step and be sure to rinse thoroughly. Gently squeeze the foam until you are sure that no soap remains. It is also very useful to make it as dry as possible before proceeding to the next step.
