Besides being a very nutritious, entertaining, dynamic, reflective, social, vital, etc stage; it is also is a good time to start thinking about what kind of future you want for yourself and how. So there are some things that you should start paying a little more attention to. They are not difficult, but important, things that you should surely remember for the rest of your life.
01. Take care of your body

Take time to exercise outdoors or go to the gym and watch your skin with creams and sun protection. Perhaps until now you have not raised much care for your body and it is normal; your body has accompanied you well thanks to your youth, but if you start caring now, that can prolong health for much longer.
02. Eat better

Dedicate part of your time to cook, learn new recipes and learn more about how your body works. Learn what your body needs for energy and begin to watch your weight, cholesterols and others.
Add more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables to your diet and try to get out of your fridge fat and pre-cooked meals. The time to eat pizza every day should go running … It’s okay to eat pizza or burger from time to time, but it should not be the basis of your diet.
03. Read a lot

It’s a perfect age to broaden knowledge and general culture. You are in a time when you more or less already know what type of reading you are passionate about and it’s great that you spend part of your time to read. It can be a novel, a scientific book, a self – help book, magazine or newspaper. You must have an open mind and thinking. Remember that reading will help you better understand your environment, know how the world works, to know more about people and relationships and even learn more about yourself.
